Most of our tours are designed at a leisurely pace - in the main, featuring two, three or in some instances four night stays, eliminating the need to pack/unpack and move-on every day and providing you with the opportunity to truly discover each individual destination's unique terrior. Occasionally too the itinerary includes an afternoon, a morning or in an iconic "must not be missed" destination such as Queenstown, an entire day at leisure which is left for you to decide how best to enjoy it. And we also promise to keep long drives to a minimum.
We are also very mindful, that this journey to Aotearoa/New Zealand may be a once in a life-time trip for some of our guests. All breakfasts, the occasional lunch and numerous Tour Highlight dinners, sampling regional cuisine and wine are included.
We are also very aware that there is such a thing as "too much of a good thing" … as a result, we have very deliberately sprinkled leisure time into each journey - allowing you the freedom to explore and discover delicious local dining alternatives (check with your Tour Director for suggestions) or to relax in the privacy of your own suite.
All tours feature late model, deluxe air conditioned coaches. These are usually a smaller 30 seater, allowing ample room for a comfortable journey and the opportunity to explore some interesting lesser known by-ways, inaccessible to larger tour coaches.
